I actually love naval battles in Rome 2 just because of how surprisingly powerful fleets can be and how hilariously easy it is to slaughter enemy armies through it.ĭespite what history might suggest, boarding is a terrible idea. If you were playing as a barbarian faction I would say don't bother with navies because their naval units suck, but pretty much everyone else has solid navies. Think we missed one?
